The Commissioners voted down an application for a setback variance, requested by Big Horn property owner, John Drake. Commissioner Terry Cram
The code requires residential buildings to be setback at least 5-feet from the property line. Drake had previously built a structure not in compliance with this code, and was requesting this variance so he may leave the building in tact to serve as an additional residential unit.
