Sheridan Company Acquires New Mexico Based Business

Sheridan based BeneTerra, a water and land management firm with clients throughout the United States and Australia, announced that they've acquired Evaporative Systems out of New Mexico. BeneTerra has moved the companies operations and manufacturing to Sheridan, and has renamed and retooled the technology to serve energy, manufacturing and industrial clients. The acquisition included the company's intellectual property, designs and existing technologies.

Founded in 1992, Evaporative Systems manufactures waste-water disposal systems powered by submerged combustion technology for landfill municipal and industrial clients in the U.S. In a news release provided by Pascal Public Relations, BeneTerra's Operation's Manager Derek Lowe stated that they've harnessed the best of Evaporative System's proven technology and created the most flexible, environmentally friendly mobile dewatering technology available.
