Colleges and universities typically see a drop in student enrollments between the fall and spring semesters. Sheridan College is no different in that regard. However, registrations are still twelve percent higher than last year at this time. Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Mark Englert says with funding down and enrollments up, scheduling will be tight this semester.
Sheridan College has nearly 1,200 students registered for spring courses and Gillette College isn’t far behind with over 900 students. Classes at both locations begin next Tuesday, January 19th. Offices are open this week to accommodate students who have yet to register for classes.
