Yesterday we reported that with the ever-increasing enrollment numbers at Sheridan College, students have had to be put on a wait list because there just isn't “enough room at the inn” when it comes to classroom availability and smaller staffing. Part of this dilemma comes from the need for more facilities, and partly from funding issues.
Sheridan College President, Dr. Paul Young, was Kim Love's guest on the August 19th edition of Public Pulse. He discussed in further detail how State funding works for the college.
Dr. Young says that there are three staff members who are in Green River to handle the grant funding for that area.
He goes on to address student tuition.
