Sheridan City Council To Address a Defunct Housing Project

The Sheridan City Council will work with a light agenda this evening, as there are only a handful of items to be considered. The defunct housing project on east Montana Street known as York Place may be getting a breath of fresh air. Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey with the explanation.

That Developer is Steve Grimshaw, and he'll be looking for a letter of support from the Council tonight. In April of 2010, the York Place development was purchased at a foreclosure auction by First Interstate Bank in the amount of $1.1 million.

Kinskey also pointed that there will be a special introduction this evening as well.
