There was a birthday bash in Sheridan's Kendrick Park over the weekend, but this wasn't just any old birthday party:
That was Dan Lick, who is the Executive Director of the People's Assistance Food Bank in Sheridan. And while they had what might be considered staples at any 6-year-old's birthday — a red-nosed clown designing balloon animals for the youngsters, for instance -- they also had some out-of-the-way tunes:
Dan says three local groups also donated performances for the Food Bank party.
But the party wasn't just fun. It was serious fun, or, you could say, a seriously fun fundraiser:
