Sheridan Senior Center's annual Tribute Wall honoring area veterans will be on display next month in the lobby of the facility at 211 Smith Street.

Senior Center Activities Director Jane Perkins said the display will be up from Veterans' Day, Nov. 11, through the 22nd, and is open to the public.

Perkins said the Tribute Wall is in two parts – a wall in honor of living veterans, and a wall in memory of those who are deceased. Past and present photos and interviews of more than 100 veterans, including seven added this year, will be featured in the display.

Perkins talks about what she hopes will emerge from the annual tribute to Sheridan County's veterans.

In conjunction with the annual tribute, Sheridan author Val Burgess will talk about her book, “War Voices, Are You Listening?” in a presentation on Nov. 7 at 1 in the afternoon in the center's dining room.
