Fair Board Approves Gold Buckle Seating Plan

A plan by Sheridan's Gold Buckle Club to add nearly 400 seats at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds main arena received the go-ahead Thursday night from the county fair association.

County Rejects Counter-Offer for Prisoner Proposal

As Sheridan Media reported earlier, Sheridan County has asked the city of Sheridan to pay the county just over $91 a day for prisoners housed in the Sheridan County Jail for violation of city ordinances.

Downtown Development Initiative Receives Funding From City

The Sheridan City Council at their meeting this week allocated $60,000 to the Downtown Development Initiative. The initiative is through the Downtown Sheridan Association and offers incentives to building owners in the downtown area to make improvements to their buildings.
