U.S. Senators John Barrasso of Wyoming and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina introduced legislation Tuesday to repeal and replace Obamacare by allowing individual states to opt out of its major provisions. Senator Barrasso explains how the legislation would work.
Barrasso says that the one-size-fits-all health care law just doesn't work for Americans.
Barrasso also said that as a doctor in Wyoming, he's witnessed regularly how Washington simply doesn't understand the needs of the people of Wyoming, and that Washington is more out of touch than ever.
