U.S. Senator Mike Enzi was quick to express his disappointment with the Supreme Court's ruling that the 2010 Affordable Health Care Act is constitutional, giving the the Government the power to continue implementing the law.
Many see the narrow 5-4 ruling as an election year win for President Obama. The health care law will not take full effect until 2014.
