U.S. Senator John Barrasso, a Wyoming Republican, spoke on the Senate floor Thursday to concerns he's heard from veterans about President Obama's Affordable Care Act. Senator Barrasso says it hurts small businesses and average citizens.
Barrasso explains how one business owner he talked to says his growth is limited by the president's health care law - by what he calls the "regulatory burden" coming from Washington D.C.
He offered a suggestion that the federal government should do more to bolster small business in the country, take a close look at regulations and eliminate what's holding the nation and its citizens back.
