The Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority received three proposals for operation of the Hand in Hand Childcare facility at 366 Brundage Street in Sheridan. SEEDA Administrator Robert Briggs.
The expense of infant care was a component that lead to the downfall of Hand in Hand, which is something that the RFP addressed says Briggs.
Briggs said that the SEEDA Board will be reviewing the three proposals prior to their August, 23rd meeting, and that at that meeting it is anticipated that a decision on how to proceed will be made.
The Hand in Hand Childcare facility had been operated by the Sheridan Quality Childcare Initiative before its closing this past June.
