The Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority Joint Powers Board approved a policy Tuesday that will be used as a guideline for the sale of their property in the High-Tech Business Park and Sheridan Commercial Park. Board Chairman John Heath.
Prior to approving the policy, there was some discussion on language within the policy that stated that two meetings be held by the SEEDA Board before finalizing a sale.
Board members Dave Kinskey and Paul Young felt that the language wasn't necessary, as they felt that two meetings wouldn't always be needed before a sale is made. The Board agreed to keep the language in the policy and address potential buyers on a case by case basis.
