Due to a scheduling conflict, the Sheridan Economic and Education Development Authority -- or SEEDA -- board held their monthly December meeting Tuesday. Last time SEEDA met, they approved the lease between First Light Inc. as future tenants of the Hand in Hand building in Sheridan.
That lease was signed by both parties at Tuesday's meeting. SEEDA Administrator Robert Briggs.
First Light Children's Center is scheduled to open January 16th.
SEEDA also just received the findings of their 2011 audit prior to the meeting.
SEEDA owns several lots in the Hi-Tech Business Park in north Sheridan and the Hand in Hand Building that will soon be home to First Light Children's Center.
Briggs stated that since the audit was received Tuesday morning in the mail, the board members will review it and discuss it at their next regularly scheduled meeting on January 23rd.
