Omnibus Spending Bill Blocks Sage Grouse Protection

A rider attached to the $1.1 trillion omnibus spending bill, which passed in the U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate earlier in the month, will block the Fish and Wildlife Service from listing two types of sage grouse under the Endangered Species Act.
