This year, the "Run 'til You're Green Fun Run," could have been named 'Run 'Til You're Blue," given the chilly weather. In spite of the wind gusts mixed with the cold temperatures, one hundred runners showed up, clad in some kind of green, all to raise funds for the local Jaycees.

A Look Back in Time: March 17, 1914

Sheridan's police officers received an increase in salary during this morning's city council meeting. Officers now receive $1,000 a year. Under the increase, they will now receive $1,100 after their first year of service.
