Buffalo Council Backs YMCA For Renovated Rec Center

The Buffalo City Council, at their Tuesday meeting, voted to draft and back a “Letter of Intent” between themselves and the YMCA to continue their partnership once the YMCA begins the process to replace the existing facility with an essentially new recreation center on the current YMCA site.

School Board Designing New Evaluation Model

The Johnson County School Board, at their last meeting, got a look at a plan for a new teacher evaluation model for the district from Assistant Superintendent Dr. Jeannie Iberlin.

County Zoning Regulations In Hands Of Commissioners

The Johnson County Planning and Zoning Commission forwarded copies of the proposed zoning regulations they have completed and sent a letter informing the county commissioners they have completed the regulations and completed all requirements involving public notices and public hearings in accordance with state law.
