Nineteen students of Fort Mackenzie High School and The Wright Place will present “Murder Twice-Baked,” a musical whodunit tonight and Friday night.

The play will begin at 7 each night at Sheridan's Carriage House Theater. Tickets are $7 for adults. Admission is free for students of Fort Mackenzie and The Wright Place, and $5 for other students. Tickets will be sold at the door on the night of each performance.

Fort Mackenzie teacher Mick Wiest is director of the play. He talked about how the production came to be.

He said coffee and baked goods will be available during intermission for a donation to help support the alternative high school's drama program. Musical direction is by, as he mentioned, Stephanie Zukowski.

Among principle characters is Lady Brentwood, played by Ashley Velos. She described her character.

The play includes a prologue and four scenes, all given the name of a dinner course or menu item … The Appetizer, The Table is Set, Dinner is Set, Roux, and Just Desserts.
