Sheridan County School District 2 will have a public hearing on a proposed facility plan next week.
The plan, which outlines proposed new construction or renovations to district school buildings, has been updated and will be presented to the Wyoming School Facility Commission at a later date. The hearing will be part of the District 2 trustees meeting at 6 o'clock Monday evening. The meeting will be in the central office board room at the intersection of Grinnell Plaza and Connor Street.
In other action, trustees anticipate a presentation of the preliminary budget for 2015, and an audit report for the current fiscal year that ends on June 30. Also scheduled are capital construction updates, presentation of the proposed 2015/16 calendar, and proposed changes in district policies. Trustees also will consider accepting a donation to Meadowlark Elementary School.
