School Board Approves Employment Requests

Johnson County School District One's Board of Trustees, at this week's meeting, approved the Employment requests submitted to them.

Approved were the resignations from eleven different teachers, coaches and other employees. The teachers resignations were due to retirement.
The coaches' resignations came from Natalie Maxwell and Valerie Streeter, Co-Head Volleyball Coaches at Kaycee; and from Melanie Lund and Jodie Humble, Head and Assistant Junior High Volleyball coaches in Kaycee.
All of the coaches' resignations are effective immediately.

The lone recommendation was for Cheri Koch as the full-time Special Education Aide at the Kaycee K-12 School, replacing Becky Chapman.

Doug Graslie, Math Instructor, BHS, retiring June 6, 2014.
Yolanda Graslie, Elementary Education, Cloud Peak, retiring.
Stan Lakin, Math instructor, BHS, retiring.
Paul Prosinski, Art Instructor, BHS, retiring.
Hillary Russell, Math Instructor, Clear Creek Middle, retiring.
Josh Lavigne, Food Service Driver.
Donna Edwards, counselor, Kaycee K-12, effective June 6, 2014.
