Faculty members from the University of Wyoming have teamed up for a project combining science and art at the Ucross Foundation. The results of their work will be presented in a public program at the foundation on Saturday.
The event is titled “The Ucross-Pollination Experiment” and is sponsored by Saturday University, a program through the University of Wyoming that connects popular professors with lifelong learners in a free, one-day college education program. UW Professor Jeff Lockwood says that this year's “Saturday U” will be radically different than in years past.
“The Ucross-Pollination Experiment” will be from 9 until 12:30 at the Ucross Foundation, 30 Big Red Lane at Ucross. The event will include a free lunch and roundtable discussion with the presenters. There is no need to register for the event, it is free and open to the public.
