Saturday was the 7th annual Sheridan Jaycee's Fun Run beginning and ending at Kendrick Park. Blame the warm weather as over 158 runners showed up for the event, 100 up from last year.
Organizer Jarod Martin tells us that led to a few problems, but they were good problems to have.
Prizes were awarded for the top times in each race, a one mile, a 5K and a 10 K run as well as the best and greenest outfit in honor of St. Patrick's Day.
Shelly Wayne came down from Colstrip, Montana, dressed top to bottom in green, including a green tutu, to run in the 5K race. She tells us why she ran.
Martin tells us what the funds raised will be used for.
This year will be the 48th year that the Sheridan Jaycees have done the Christmas Shopping Tour.
