Road treatments to suppress the dust will continue next week in Sheridan County.
According the the public works department, roads to be treated next week are Beatty Gulch, Beatty Spur, Beckton, Badger Creek, Lower Prairie Dog and Soldier Creek.
Workers will be applying the magnesium and calcium chloride treatments to the roads, Monday through Thursday from 6-5 each day, weather permitting.
Rod Liesinger is the director of the public works department. He says take caution when driving the treated roads and take alternate routes whenever possible. The road work will cause delays and the solutions can be corrosive to vehicles. However, usually an immediately washing, he said, takes care of that.
