In a ruling passed down last week, the Wyoming Supreme Court upheld a decision made by the Sheridan County commissioners in an attempt to settle a land-access dispute that has been ongoing for the past eight years between Merlin and Lori Zowada and the Mullinax Concrete Service Company.
Johnson County Commissioner Jim Hicks updated the other commissioners on where the plan to invest funds from the lease with the game and fish now stands and where he hopes it will go in the near future.
