This week, a group of financial advisors will offer a free class to the Sheridan community regarding how to plan for a successful retirement. Frank Boley, financial advisor and vice president at D.A. Davidson and Company, says he's hoping to make personal finances make sense to those who are nearing the end of their careers.
Boley explained the class focuses on three aspects of retirement finances: social security, additional income, and any remaining assets, which will be divided into two categories.
Three speakers are lined up to discuss their areas of retirement expertise. The class is Thursday afternoon at the Powder Horn. Food will be served at 4:30 and financial discussions begin at 5:30. For more information or to RSVP, call 674-6288.
