Hageman is a well-known attorney, author, and advocate that will speak on her perspectives and experiences on governmental regulation and how the individual can make a difference.
“Regulation Without Representation,” will focus on the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, Game and Fish regulations, the management of National and State Forest lands, and the Environmental Protection Agency, among others, and discuss who the “governing bodies” really are behind any agency regulations.
Hageman will also present solutions she sees to the rules and regulations, redundancy, over reach, costs and burdens of them.
The educational presentation will be offered Saturday, November 16th at Buffalo High School from 1 to 3 pm. Members attending will be charged $5, non-members $10 and youths are free. The public is invited to attend.
