Wyoming State Representative Kathy Coleman has announced that she will be seeking another term for House District 30. Coleman is currently serving her first term in the House after being appointed to serve the remaining term of former Representative Jon Botten in 2012, and successfully winning the seat that same year. Coleman talks about what factors led to her decision to run again.
The representative added that health care delivery systems in the state face adversities that other states don't, and making modifications to those systems with limited resources is one area that continues to require legislative effort. Coleman currently serves on the Health Labor and Social Services committee, which has focused primarily on the impact and implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
