With the 61st Wyoming Legislative Session set to begin in just a matter of days, we begin a series with Representative Rosie Berger, where we'll take a look at some of key issues that legislators face in the upcoming budget session.
Berger says that one of the areas that they've been focusing on is capital construction projects.
Another issue that pertains to construction that will be addressed is the Contractor Preference law.
