With the 2011 General Session set to begin soon in the Wyoming Legislature, things have been unusually quiet in regard to any news coming out of the Appropriations Committee. State Representative Rosie Berger is Chair of that Committee, and she explains why things have been quieter than usual.
As far as working with the new administration, Berger says she gladly welcomes it.
The 2011 General Session will convene in Cheyenne January, 11th.
