During a recent visit on Newstalk 930 KROE's Public Pulse program, state representative Mike Madden of Buffalo discussed the way the state of Wyoming spends money on transportation. He says the school districts send an invoice, and it gets paid.
Wyoming consistently spends more money funding its public education system than any other state, yet it ranks on par with the national average on state tests.
Representative Madden compares the amount of money the state spends on education to that of competitive sports and transportation.
