Register Now for Spring Classes at SCJC

College students are heading back to school after extended holiday breaks. Aaron Palmer has this news from SCJC.

Classes for the new semester at Sheridan College in Johnson County begin Tuesday, January 18, so register now to avoid missing any classes, said Ashlea Redding, Services Specialist for SCJC.

In addition to the normal slate of classes offered at SCJC, Redding said there will be some interesting new classes as well.

The painting class will begin January 20th and the cost is $125 for the course, which will be taught by local artist Jenny Wuerker.

A full schedule of classes offered at SCJC will be available in this week's Buffalo Bulletin, or they are available at the campus in Buffalo located on South Main Street next to the Buffalo Theater.

Sheridan College in Johnson County also gives local artists the opportunity to show off their work to the public, and now through February they will be showcasing the photography of Dave Stoetzel.

For more information on classes or the featured artists, contact Ashlea Redding at Sheridan College in Johnson County at 684-2001.
