The type of information moms would receive, Kim says:
The U.S. has one of the highest infant mortality rates in the industrialized world and each year, she says, with 500,000 babies in the U.S. are born prematurely. In addition, an estimated 28,000 die before their first birthday. This program was started with the goal of helping Wyoming infants to have “healthier outcomes.”
