UPDATE 3:22 PM RESULTS ATTACHED -Nearly 500 runners and walkers took part in the Sneakers and Spurs run Friday morning in Historic Downtown Sheridan. That number is a new record for the race. The men's winner was Michael Kesy from Cheyenne. He explains his winning formula, which has allowed him to win the race two years in a row.

Annie Frisbie from River Falls, Wisconsin was the women's winner and says it was all about pacing herself.

If you're wondering why Annie came all the way from the land of cheese to take part in the Sneakers and Spurs Run, she's in town for a family reunion and said that she's visiting grandparents and aunts and uncles.
