The Sheridan Planning Commission Monday night approved the site, landscaping and building design for a Qdoba Mexican Grill that will be located on the North Brundage Corner Subdivision, which is the site of the old Parkway Motel. Managing Member of PAJA LLC, Patrick Akers explains what kind of restaurant Qdoba is.
Akers said that construction will begin at the end of July and that they'd like to be open for business by November of this year. The Planning Commission also approved a rezone request of block 26 of the Palmers Addition on KROE Lane. The property owners, the Hart's, requested to have their property rezoned from B-1 business to M-1 industrial so that their property would be more marketable and compatible with future uses in the area. The Commission also approved the site, landscaping and building design for a VOA senior housing project at the corner of Skeels and 6th Street.
