A groundbreaking for Ptolemy Data Systems' 6,000 square foot data center will be held Thursday at the Wrench Ranch Hills Subdivision.
Jesus Rios, Vice President of Business Development at Ptolemy, says the first phase of construction will include a data center, a call center and administration offices.
Phase 2 will include an additional 10,000 square feet of floor space for the data center, and though design is under way, phase 2 has no scheduled construction dates. Rios explains.
“At this point we are simply elated with the progress we’ve been able to make toward getting this facility built,” Ryan Mulholland, Ptolemy CEO, added in a media release. “Our team has been working very hard to get to where we currently are with this first phase of construction and I have no doubt we’ll be looking to phase II construction in short-order.”
Rios says that everyone is welcome to come to the groundbreaking ceremony to learn a little about what Ptolemy does.
The groundbreaking ceremony is set for 1 pm Thursday, October 13th on the Wrench Ranch Hills Subdivision just south of the I-90 Corridor.
