PRBRC Looks To Wyoming's Future

The Powder River Basin Resource Council is over the hill this year, and will celebrate its 40th anniversary Saturday at the Holiday Inn in Sheridan at their annual meeting and banquet. Kevin Lind, Director, said they have an eventful evening planned, but first, they'll have to take care of some business.

The theme of this year's annual meeting is “A Vision For Wyoming's Future.” Lind said this year's informational presentation has a specific purpose in mind.

This year's keynote speaker is Wes Martel, co-chair of the Eastern Shoshone Business Council, who will talk about the importance of conservation efforts in the state.

Tickets to the 6:30 p.m. dinner are $30 for members, or $40 for non-members. Speaker-only rates are also available. For more information, contact the PRBRC at 672-5809.
