Five weeks ago the Center for Vital Community at Sheridan College orchestrated a meeting that brought community members together to form eleven study circles to brainstorm on how to turn poverty in Sheridan into prosperity. Wednesday night those groups came together to present their ideas in a public forum. CVC Director Amy Albrecht.
A few of the common themes that the study circles presented were a resource center; better transportation; childcare and a food pantry.
