After a U.S. soldier killed multiple civilians in Afghanistan about a week ago some have called on the White House to speed up troop withdrawal.
President Obama said last Wednesday that he is maintaining the goal of 2014 total troop withdrawal. There is a plan to recall 23,000 troops this summer.
