One Percent Committee Gives Jo Co Their Recommendations

The Johnson County Commissioners, at their meeting this week, got the recommendations for funding from the One-Percent Committee for the next two years.

Sheridan College announced Thursday its own SkillsUSA student team brought home the "Outstanding College Chapter" trophy and its students swept many categories in a competition in Casper earlier this week.

According to data from the Wyoming Department of Education, Wyoming schools experienced an enrollment growth of over 1,500 students in 2012-2013. The data indicates that there are 90,993 students attending schools this year in the Cowboy State.
