Sheridan Benefactor Whitney, Man of Contradictions

Friends described Edward A. Whitney as a loner – and an 1887 photo of some of Sheridan's prominent citizens of the day shows him with his back to the camera.

Work Session Change for Council

Historically the Sheridan City Council has held work sessions over the noon hour on weekdays. That will soon change, as next week the Council will begin holding work sessions prior to their regularly scheduled meetings on the first and third Monday of each month.
