The City of Sheridan Planning Commission approved the Cloud Peak Ranch 18th filing minor subdivision Monday night. The applicant, System Land, LLC, requested to subdivide just under 11 acres into two lots, zoned R-3 residential. The subdivision is located northeast of Bruce Mountain Drive and Mydland Road.
City Project Manager Joe Schoen says that the subdivision is part of a contract to sell the land.
Schoen explains that approval of the minor subdivision included a condition pertaining to the installation of a sidewalk.
The item will now go before the Sheridan City Council for their consideration at a future meeting.
