The City of Sheridan Planning Commission approved the SBA Minor Subdivision that creates a 14 acre tract of land in the Wrench Ranch Hills development in north Sheridan. City Planning Director Robert Briggs explains what Rice and Sons, Inc, intends to do with the
property.
The 14 acre tract of land is located off of Yellowtail Drive, near the new Hi-Tech Business Park in north Sheridan. The Planning Commission also approved construction plans for the Let 'er Buck Car Wash in Sheridan.
The proposed Let 'er Buck Car Wash facility would be located at 624 E. Brundage Lane near Scotty's Skate Castle.
