Buffalo City Planner Lynn Barrett gave her report to the council at their last meeting, saying no new planning and zoning applications have been filed with her office in the last few weeks.
She expects to have a number of issues to discuss at the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting which is scheduled for 5 o'clock this afternoon in City Hall.
The planning commission will be hearing an appeal of a denial of a building permit on an un-platted lot.
They will hear a request by a developer to finalize ownership of three previously un-platted public areas where ownership was not specified. And a discussion by the commission is expected concerning a businessman wanting to place LED signs at local businesses, as the city's ordinances on signs does not cover LED signs specifically.
Finally they are expected to look at the 2007 Comprehensive Plan to see what, if anything may need updated.
