“Paws for a Cause” Walk/Run Saturday at Powder Horn

Second Chance Sheridan Cat Rescue is sponsoring a 5K walk/run at the Powder Horn Saturday morning.

Rachael Kristiansen, program director at the rescue, said they're looking to beef up their Animal Medical Fund.

The 5K starts at the Club House at the Powder Horn Saturday morning at 8. Registration is $30 at the starting line, or $25 for online pre-registration. Goodie bags will be delivered to the first 100 registrants, and winners will be awarded as well. Kids can register for only $10, and well-behaved dogs are welcome to participate as well.
