It started with a parade six years ago and has evolved into a full fledged day long celebration. We're talking about Parkman Days, which is set to take place Saturday, June 22 in the quiet little town that sits just northwest of Dayton and Ranchester. Owner of the Parkman Bar, Dennis Davis explains the lineup for the day.
Davis says that something new this year will be a poker style horse race.
Davis said that there is a $30 entry fee for the three person team for the horse race. Once again, Parkman Days will take place Saturday, June 22. The day will begin with the 6th annual parade at 10 am.
