Rose Hill ponders her past at the memoir writing workshop held at the library.

Sheridan County Fulmer Public Library hosted a memoir writing workshop Saturday in the Inner Circle with Michael Czarnecki from New York facilitating.

Often called the 'Poet Guy,' Czarnecki believes everyone has a story to tell.

Sharing your story for future generations can be a daunting project, but Czarnecki taught the dozen participants that taking your life story and breaking it down into small pieces, makes the task much easier.

These memories, these small pieces of your life, compiled, then become the story of your life which Czarnecki says can become treasures for future generations.

Taking the time to write one small memory each week will yield 52 stories about your life in the course of one year.
