At their meeting Tuesday night, the Johnson County School District 1 Board of Trustees approved a recommended date and time for a workshop with city officials to discuss options for the old Clear Creek School Building.

Johnson County Approves Proposal For FEMA Emergency Plan

The Johnson County Commissioners approved a proposal for a FEMA-approved emergency plan for the county.
The plan must be updated and re-written every five years and the county's plan is due for the update this year.

Buffalo City Planner Zach Montgomery, at last week's city council meeting, gave updates on the current grant applications he is working on for the city.
Montgomery went after a USDA grant for the Southwest Quadrant Infrastructure Project, and met the February 15 application deadline.
