CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming Supreme Court found no misconduct during the sentencing of a sex offender in Sheridan County. Andrew William Deeds was sentenced last October to five consecutive sentences of 12 to 18 years for repeatedly raping a girl, for a total of 60 to 90 years.
