They approved an agreement with the US Forest Service for them to use specific radio frequencies in the county.

US 14 Landslide Re-routes Traffic

The Wyoming Department of Transportation announced this morning that a Landslide on US 14, east of Sheridan at Jim Creek Hill, has prompted WYDOT maintenance personnel to re-route traffic around the slide area.

Sign Stolen is Favorite

The project engineer for the state transportation department working on the Lewis Street Bridge reconstruction project in Sheridan said the sign that was stolen last week, was actually the second theft of the same signage.

Antler Shed Area Closed Until Mid-May

Antler hunters will have to wait a couple more weeks to get into the Amsden Creek area near Dayton where elk herds winter.
