In just two years, those that sell alcohol in Buffalo have come a long way in reducing the number of underage people purchasing alcohol.
Two years ago, during an undercover operation, retailers had a 75 percent failure rate in selling alcohol to minors. This year that number has changed to 100 percent compliance.
